Project Finance Associate in Specialized Lending - София

Основни задължения:
• Create positive customer experience with each contact you handle;
• Identify new business opportunities, participate in negotiations with large corporate clients and generate credit deals related to project finance, acquisitions and specialized lending.
• Evaluate the economic, financial, legal implications and the potential risks of projects in the pipeline, develop and analyse financial models.
• Prepare indicative terms and conditions for financing of projects in line with the Bank’s credit policy.
• Perform loan administration and ongoing monitoring of the financed projects in the individual loan portfolio.
• Prepare relevant reports, analyses and proposals related to financed and potential projects.
• Structuring of large scale corporate transactions through syndication, bridge financing or vanilla project financing.
• Look for ways to constantly improve processes.
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
• Master’s degree (ongoing is also an option) in finance, business administration or economics.
• Relevant professional experience in financial services industries of at least 2 (two) years.
• Proficiency in English is a must (both written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge related to credit and financial analysis of corporate clients.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
• Readiness to take responsibilities, ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Initiative and creative thinker, a self-starter with desire to learn and grow.
