For one of our clients, worldwide organization, we are looking for candidates on several roles:

АP/AR/GL Accountants with SAP

Main tasks & responsibilities for AR role:

• Manage effectively incoming (outgoing) cash and financial instruments through bank and transit accounts. Responsible to ensure cash booking, reconciliation, closing activities and reporting are completed timely in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Analyze the receivables aging balance, overdue and follow up with relevant departments to reduce risk of bad debt losses.
Main tasks & responsibilities for AR role:

• Process and analyze financial data related to the Accounts Payable system.
• Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with Accounts Payable and the processing of such transactions between the respective Client Entities in line with Client functional policies.
• Ensures timely and satisfactory resolution of Accounts Payable queries.
Main tasks & responsibilities for GL role:

• To co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with bank transactions, fixed assets, inventory, trade receivables/payables, factoring, employee/tax payables, as well as other accounting activities associated with client specific business transactions.
• Performs all activities related to processing of financial and accounting documents and data related to the accounts for which is responsible
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the financial stakeholders from the European entities in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Preparing accurately and timely monthly reconciliations

Your experience and skills that we are looking for:

• Expected to have min 2 years of relevant experience
• Education in the field of Accountancy and Finance
• Experience/knowledge in IFRS or GAAP
• Excellent numerical skills
• Communicative team-player with strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, accuracy and attention to details
• Fluency in English
