ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
This is a pivotal role that combines strategic Revenue Growth Management (RGM) with deep commercial insights. This senior level role will be key to driving revenue growth for our iconic brands, with special focus on the alcohol segment in Bulgaria, utilizing a blend of market intelligence, commercial policy execution, and data-driven strategies. You will work closely with KAM and HORECA channels, focusing on transforming market scans and trends into actionable insights. The position involves periodic travel to major market locations on the market.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth Management:
Designing and implement RGM strategies tailored to our alcohol brands, targeting KAM and HORECA clients, and ensuring alignment with our global objectives
Conducting competitor analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities and to refine our commercial strategies
Overseeing the promotional cycle and suggesting optimizations
Monitoring and optimizing our local discount investments
Commercial Policy Development:
Developing and implementing category and brand-specific commercial policies, while ensuring alignment across all distribution channels
Reassessing and adapting channel policies to meet evolving market demands, with a focus on driving growth in both retail and HORECA sector
Market Insights and Analysis:
Executing comprehensive market scans and translating findings into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Monitoring and analyzing performance data for our alcohol brands, utilizing both internal and external sources to drive data-driven recommendations
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING?
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
4+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Finance, preferably in a multinational environment
Fluent in English
Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently
Analytical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP experience is a plus) will be considered an advantage
