We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the HR and Administration Director, the HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives, manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HR systems, and provide expert guidance to management on all HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies aligned with company strategy.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, promotions, transfers, and employee separations.
• Help define organizational structures, salary levels, and employment conditions, and communicate them to staff.
• Coordinate HR programs for talent acquisition, retention, career development, and employee engagement.
• Maintain HR information systems and accurate employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Advise management and department heads on HR matters and employee relations.
• Monitor workforce utilization and support initiatives to improve motivation, job satisfaction, and workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports, analyses, and necessary documentation for management.
• Represent the company in HR-related matters with external organizations when required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, social security regulations, and HR best practices.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and accountability in handling HR matters.
• Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software.
