We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join the leadership team and report directly to the CEO. The CHRO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s people and administrative strategy, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of talent while building a strong, compliant, and high-performing organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, growth plans, and organizational needs.
• Define and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
• Analyze labor market trends and introduce initiatives to ensure competitive employment conditions and talent positioning.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring effective candidate assessment and smooth integration of new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline and candidate database to support current and future hiring needs.
• Oversee employment contracts, HR documentation, administrative processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Design and lead learning, development, and career progression programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.
• Define and monitor HR KPIs related to performance, engagement, retention, and workforce development.
• Lead and develop the internal HR and administrative teams, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and performance standards.
• Partner closely with department heads to assess workforce needs, support team development, and enable effective people planning.
• Foster a strong corporate culture, employee engagement initiatives, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
• Coordinate performance evaluation processes and motivation and reward programs.
• Provide timely HR analyses, reports, and recommendations to management, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in dynamic or regulated business environments.
• Experience in building and managing HR teams and processes.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, HR policies, and people management best practices.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High level of integrity, discretion, responsibility, and attention to detail.
