Due to the business needs of one of our clients, leading producer of profiles and systems, we are currently looking to hire a motivated person for the position of

Office Assistant/Receptionist

Job purpose:

Ensure efficient administrative support in line with the job-specific accountabilities, the company standards and operations. Assists the Senior Management in the business activities.

Main roles and responsibilities:

Maintain general office documentation: incoming/ outgoing correspondence (electronic and on-paper record); ensure formal documents;
Meet visitors and refer them to appropriate staff members;
Provide logistic support related to the customers, employees and partners;
Organize business trips – booking hotels, flights, transport as requested
Booking of the meeting rooms, take care of the office appearance and maintenance;
Support internal communication and translations;
Involved in the organization of company’s marketing and HR related activities.

Profile required:

University degree;
Experience on a similar position at least 1 year;
Advanced in English language (both spoken and written);
PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail communication, Internet;
Excellent communication and organization skills;
Ability to deal with numerous and varied tasks, to set and respect priorities and deadlines;
Proactive attitude with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
