Your day-to-day:
Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone
Assist with general inquiries, account issues, and basic troubleshooting

What we’re looking for:
Fluency in German/ Polish / Greek / Italian/ French (B2 or higher)
Good English skills for internal communication
Customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail
Flexibility to work on shifts within a 24/7 schedule
