Quality Engineer

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join the company.



Job Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain R&D procedures and processes;

• Support and coach global Project teams in the effective and efficient implementation of the defined process;

• Evaluate process compliance against the defined standards;

• Evaluate the quality of project work products by monitoring the performance of their reviews;

• Participate and lead internal and external quality audits;

• Drive effective implementation of improvement actions;

• Evaluate project release readiness from a quality perspective;

• Analyze and report project quality status to the relevant stakeholders;

• Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures

• Identify and if needed escalate project risks to the appropriate levels of Management;

• Provide feedback for process improvement;

• Customer contact point for Engineering Quality topics.



Job Requirements:

• University degree in Electronics, Automotive electronics, Automation, or another relevant field;

• Excellent communication and moderation skills. Ability to instruct, coach, and inspire others;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient knowledge in APQP methodology;

• Proficient knowledge in IATF 16949;

• General knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools;

• Previous experience within the Automotive Industry;

• Fluent in written and verbal English.
